The story promise
The case changes shape.
Ghosts of Genesis begins with one disappearance and widens into a reckoning with the system that taught the world what a hero should be.
02 · The investigator
Nate Watchtower
Every road he did not take can stand beside him.A disgraced former hero turned investigator, Nate gives physical form to near-decisions—solid Afterimage Bodies made from the paths he almost chose.
03 · The public hero
Ezra Creed / Fulcrum
Conviction becomes leverage.Ezra is principled, disciplined, and publicly articulate—the kind of hero who gives direct answers, holds himself visibly accountable, and uses stillness to reassure rather than intimidate. He distrusts secrecy disguised as compassion and believes clear truth, applied with the right pressure, can move a broken system. But his certainty can harden into arrogance, and his real test is learning that being right is not the same as being responsible for what happens after the weight shifts.
